If you have two or more prior DUI convictions on your record within the past 60 months, prosecutors have the option of charging you with the serious felony of aggravated DUI. Under Arizona law, aggravated DUI is a class four felony that can result in a minimum four-month prison sentence.

You may also be charged with aggravated DUI if the prosecutor can prove that you were driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license.
